The site is designed with ease of navigation in mind. Several interesting links (well we think they’re interesting) are included where appropriate.
It is hoped that by providing a reliable and friendly service to the North Devon public that we might be able to enable people to use computers who have not felt able to do so before.
We believe that it is important that no one feels excluded from the world of computing for reasons such as: Feeling too old, thinking it would be too difficult to learn or due to the cost of purchasing new computer equipment.
To help assist with such problems we offer help and guidance to people of all ages to help them to enter the exciting world of computing. We offer tutorials that begin with the very basic’s to help make learning how to use a PC as simple as possible. We also offer second-user PC’s at prices to suit most pockets.
We also hope to encourage the recycling of computer equipment, the use of ‘Open Source’ (free) software where practical to do so and to provide accessibility options where possible for those with minor disabilities.
