We aim to offer a fairly comprehensive service relating to computing and I.T. equipment in the North Devon area.
Services that we are usually able to offer customers include the following:
- * Basic tuition in a range of I.T. related subjects.
- * Second user computers at very reasonable prices and with a choice of software and operating system options. Our prices include delivery of the system within a ten mile road journey of Bideford, Devon. Setting up of the system can be arranged for a small additional charge if required.
- * Upgrades.
- * Support where possible for ‘Windows’ and some Linux distributions.
- * General computer repairs and maintenance.
- * PC Health-checks.
- * Data recovery where files have been accidentally deleted, etc.
- * Assistance with home network and internet related problems.
- * Accessibility options where possible for those with minor disabilities such as failing eyesight or hand mobility problems.
- * We are also happy to provide ‘Open Source Software’ free of charge where we have access to it. All that we ask is a contribution towards our expenses and that customers agree to read the appropriate licencing agreements.
- * We hope eventually to also offer new computer systems at competitive prices but are unable to do so at present while we fully investigate the ‘CE’ marking regulations.
- Regretfully we can only offer our services to customers living within a ten mile distance (by road) of Bideford, Devon.
